The Medical Device Management act has been notified by the Executive Yuan to be implemented on May 1, 2021

1. According to letter No. 1101601696 dated February 23, 2021, from the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
2. The "Medical Device Management Act" enacted and promulgated by the Republic of China on January 15, 2010, is scheduled to come into force on May 1, 2021. The copy of the Executive Yuan's Order No. 1100001220 on February 17, 2021, is for reference as attached
